EXCHANGES
We except exchanges. No RETURNS. Exchanges may take upto 10-15 working days.
NOTE: Customised will not be exchanged under any circumstances.
CANCELLATION
Any order can be cancelled only before shipment is initiated.
Once the shipment is initiated order cancellation is not allowed for prepaid or COD orders.
Customised orders can not be cancelled.
RETURN POLICY
- All disputes subject to Indore Jurisdiction only.
- We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: we accept exchanges within five (5) days of delivery (AKA the date product is received by you).
- Here's the fine print. You just can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- Returns applicable only when the product received is damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) is/are delivered.
